Here is a new re-creation of my. This time it's the wooden coaster at Walibi World called:
Robin Hood
This wooden coaster is one of the three wooden coasters Vekoma ever made. I think that this one there best is.
The coaster is 32 meters high and has a top speed of 80 km/h. The total length of this coaster is 1035m.
I don't have enough time to made custom supports that are on Robin Hood, so I've choosen the cathedral supports. These supports match as best with the original supports.
That was the best Robin Hood recreation I've seen. It is almost the same, except the roughness. This is much smoother than the real one. The only things that aren't 100% correct: the station is banked from right to left and the turn after the first brakes should be banked more. Apart from that: Great recreation!
This ride was fantastic. The trackwork, although a bit funky at the end (which might be realistic, I don't know), was extremely fluent. The shaping was great and very consistent.
My only complaint is that the pacing was bad. I know the real thing does slow down at the top of the lift, but sometimes reality just isn't very fun.
