Y??????y?????n is a small Gerstlauer launch coaster that features the same trains as Dare Devil Dive (3x2 seats and lap-bars). Enjoy its thrilling layout that takes you up-side down five times, with a zero-g roll, an overcurve, a junior Immelman and back-to-back corkscrews.
A y??????y?????n (chinese: ????????????) is a fable.
That's actually my first 100% handbuild track in NL2. There're no 3Ds involved, the station and magnetic fins are made out of supports.
Many thanks to Chukensky for the cartexture, and to TheDarkStar for the video. Go check it out if you haven't!
The layout is crazy and well done. Pacing is almost perfect. Very original elements (still trying to figure out how you came to make them...). Only flaw, maybe supports, they look very thin. For the rest, wish this was a real ride. Good work!
Cool ride with some nice ideas that needed a bit better execution in my opinion!
Technique I liked your supportwork a lot - especially around the MCBR. If I'm being picky it would've been nice to see some cross bracing on it as it may have been a bit susceptable to bending parallel to the track. Your catwalks weren't connected to the track either.
The trackwork was decent in parts, and suffered in others. One particular location I'd have liked to see you refine was around the back to back corkscrews which were a bit rough.
The terrain work and scenery work was alright, good effort however. Possibly needed a way to actually get up to the station
Adrenaline I thought the ride was paced well and had some great moments. The weird and wonderful elements were good fun too. The Forces were sometimes a bit extreme and maybe a tad uncomfortable especially in terms of laterals - but it was nothing major and those trains lend to those forces fairly well.
The MCBR did kill the pace a little in how you designed it - the brakes were very harsh and appeared to "double brake" the ride. Some tweaking required here. As you mentioned in your PM this is realistic of some rides - just I felt it hindered the adrenaline (so i bumped up your realistic score a bit!)
Uniqueness I really enjoyed your ideas in this ride - it's clear that you were inspired by Dare Devil Dive in a lot of the ride, but there was a very innovative (if a little weirdly executed) element and some good combinations here and there. The ride didn't really have a complete theme or scenery detail to set it completely apart but you ranked pretty high here anyway. The stuff you made out of supports was good however!
Realism The ride was pretty realistic, I definitely feel as a ride it was buildable and very relevant to the style of ride you appeared to be basing your ride off of. The surroudned area needed more work in terms of terrain and other scenery however.
