Custom, launched Gerstlauer Eurofighter, set in a dark, mysterious forest with a treacherous drop off.
The ride features an initial launch/lift, to a twisting dive off a small cliff over water. The ride has some terrain hugging moments, as well as a hangtime element off the edge of the cliff, which leads into an underground launch.
This was meant to be a small, fun project. I used this ride as an opportunity to mess around with the custom environment editor. Using some lighting tricks, and making many tweaks to the environment, I was able to achieve the desired mood for the ride. It was also an interesting ride to support, as you will see, there were some tricky spots to support.

That was a great ride, nice theming and the layout was great. Your trackwork was good and the supports were nicely done. But I think you had too many trains running at the same time.
Great ride, Liked for the well constructed theme - but the ride packs a punch too!
Technique Trackwork - Solid throughout - Few bumps around the MCBR and I think the entry to the overhang felt a little unnatural.
Supports- Great supportwork - can't really fault much here. Slight gripe that the support on the overhang could've been less horizontal in my opinion - it would've made the support stronger and cause less issues with the foundations there.
Scenery - Great work with the scenery and overall theme! It would've been nice to have some signage and other tid bits of scenery but you really nailed a theme with this ride and I liked it regardless.
Adrenaline Pacing - Good pacing, short but sweet despite the use of the extra launch (which didn't feel out of place actually)
Layout - The drop was actually insane! By far and away my favorite drop I've seen in a while. Rest of the ride packed a punch too and there was some great little peices of flow. The overbank over the path was very good in my opinion.
Forces - Great forces, only complaint was the -1.2 into the MCBR but it was very, very brief.
Uniqueness This ride from start to finish was packed with creativity, the elements were great fun, layout packed with interesting ideas and the entire theme gave the ride its own identity. One of those rides that someday someone will say "remember that eurofighter in the gloomy woods?" and people will know which ride they mean! Good effort on the dual station although it didn't work perfectly all the time.
Realism Tech/Adren/Uniq - Only complaint would be the access to the second launch and other things mentioned in the categories but pretty sound in all areas.
Supporting scenery - Good fence work and station work. Simplistic but functional. The fog would've been difficult to recreate en mass however.
Buildability - Very much buildable - didn't take liberties with the terrain either. The launch tunnel was perhaps questionable but not impossible!
Likeness to manufacture - Felt 100% like a custom Eurofighter. Like i mentioned before the overbank over the path felt *so* Saw the Ride haha.
I was very happy with this track. Very unexpected banks and turns. I didnt expect to be upside down for so long. That would scare the hell out of me which is what makes it great. Got to find a way to get those endorphins raging. I was happy that it wasnt your "typical" coaster. By "typical" I mean a loop, than a cork, then another loop, oh hey a cobra roll and its done. Very unique. Love the atmosphere. Dark, hidden, what will happen next. Awesome.
- Technical - the tech category was your worst by far, but that's not saying much lol. All of your supports were awesome and the whole ride was fantastic except for two things. There were extremely small bumps in the turns and in other areas that are hard to spot in a eurofighter due to the chassis locking the vertical axis of the cars and you were using a LOT (probably a bit more than needed) flanges. That's it though. Those are the only two things that negatively impacted your score.
- Adrenaline - Everything about this ride filled my heart with excitement. The fog and trees intensified the experience as we were rushed though a winding track. The G's were fine and the capacity was decent for a ride like this.
- Uniqueness - The ride was so minimalist I LOVED it! The station was only what you needed, there were a few lights to add ambiance, but that was it! I loved it. The layout had unique enough elements and was generally unique as well. I also loved the maverick style loading station. That was a nice touch for adding capacity to the ride.
- Realism - Most everything was realistic about this ride technically. The fog would take a special circumstance to get the right atmosphere but that was mainly for the showcase lol. The only things that dropped this score were listed in the tech category.
- Rider Value - If this ride were real I'd be riding it non stop! The lauout is awesome, nothing feels repeated. The ride loads riders decently fast and has a lot of trains to help with capacity. The ride is generally exciting and mysterious in a lot of ways that would please any rider. Great job!
