Inspired by the likes of Wooden Warrior, don't let the coasters small size fool you, it packs a punch that could rival most big wooden coasters.

This is really only my second completed coaster in NL2. (I had 2 in the works that never really made it, then my old laptop died and I lost them) Anyway, this was made for a competition, the rules were simple, stay in the boundaries, don't touch the water, and had to be finished in 72hrs. I was the only wooden coaster entered, and I placed 4th/10 (11 if you could the DQ)
I hope you all enjoy the track, and I look forward to maybe posting more in the future.
Technique Trackwork - Trackwork was pretty solid throughout. I think you shaped all your hills and turns very well and there are barely any bumps or pumps within the ride!
The main gripe is that you didn't flatten out the roll before entering into the chain lift - this just needed slightly tweaking. There were a few bits that had a bit too much of a bump such as the turn into the first drop - it wasn't especially noticeable however and its arguable if it even matters that much on a woodie!
Supports - Your bridge structure was really cool, however I'm not sure it would've sttod up the the load it was carrying! It could've done with better support into the ground too. Something like this would need an arch structure or a middle support. This ride also lacked lateral and crossover supportwork.
Scenery - I liked the setting as a whole - it felt very fitting. Tehcnially it was pretty well done as well, I think you should've taken more care to cover the tunnels a bit (or just made them into trenches) but like I said I enjoyed the terraforming that you did - it definitely worked for me!
Adrenaline Pacing - I thought the ride paced really well, it never felt like it was struggling and at the ending I certainly felt like you'd used your height well and efficiently. To reiterate the ride literally felt like it wasn't losing any speed throughout the ride - this can be difficult to achieve so well done!
Layout - I thought the layout was a nice twist on the out and back - the crossovers added to the excitement and the lift placement and pre river crossing was something that I enjoyed. I think you did really well with the layout overall - there were tonnes of sneaky bursts of airtime and lats. The last turn into the brakes was cool though!
Forces - There was some huge airtime throughout the ride - maybe all it lacked was literally one floater airtime just to mix it up. Youd id well to manage the forces for the most part as they were all in check. I think that the final turn in the tunnel was banked too highly as you got laterals as if you were falling towards the ground rather than throwing you out the side (right hand turn with +1.0 laterals)
Uniqueness Layout / Elements - This was a cool layout - I think you definitely had an original idea, especially with the initial section into the river crossing. I loved the entire turnaround section too, especially the classic airtime in the middle of a turn we've accustomed to see on GG coasters!
Scenery - As mentioned int eh tech section I loved the setting of this ride. It felt unique and well executed and certainly gave this coaster its own scene to set it apart from others. All I think you needed was the rest of the park furniture to really finish this ride off! It would've been great to have some flats and stuff down by the side of the river.
Realism
Mostly mentioned everything above I think, Although I don't feel you needed to bank the final corner... its a woodie - all of the laterals Again I think you did a really good job of nailing the small Gravity Group style coaster. I think the way to improve on that front of things would be a slightly stronger finish - felt you could've made that section more intense!
Reminds me of a Gravity Group/classic out and back hybrid. Last tunnel seemed a bit long and pokes out of the hill a bit, but definitely a very exciting layout with good forces and sound supporting. The bridge should have been way better supported and I do understand the limitations. You could look at Ravine Flyer II or the proposed wooden coaster at Morey's Pier for ideas on how to support over water.
Good pacing, fun hops and turns, though given the potential off the first hill I would have liked to see more dramatic drops. Also the final helix felt a bit long. Love the trips over the water and ducking in and out of the cliffs like that. It'd be amazing at night.
Not really forging new trails here, though I don't take off for supports. The big boost here is the first sets of tunnels and the bridge. That would be a legendary photo spot.
the big hurt in realism is that last tunnel and what you would have to do to blast that or excavate solid rock in water XD
Yeah I would ride this all day. A modern classic without the hurt or roughness
