A LIM Launched Premier Ride coaster designed by elRekko (Sausagekraft).
LIM catapult the sausage out of the queue house in an extraordinary burst of speed. An intense electromagnetic wave rockets riders to speeds of 57 mph in just three seconds. The LIM launch creates enough energy to propel the sausage train through the 2600ft layout including 3 airtime hills, 2 overbanked turns and a 360?????? helix.
Fast but compact layout designed for parks with limited space for big coasters Underground tunnel is optional.
??????Main focus of this project was to design a realistic layout forget about the theme?????? -elRekko Technical data: Maximum height of track: 99?????? Length of the track: 2565?????? Max. This was a nice surprise! absolutely fantastic job on the supports, I just did that and i know how long it can take, yours were really professional supports imo. Nice ride and solid layout gives the impression that has been well thought and planned. Forces were good for this kind of ride, not very tall or fast but definitely smooth and exciting. Sure it was unique for its name and personality, it will probably be remembered for long! I can't put SL in my top 10 but I'm glad i rode it!! Great Job! I'm curious for your next!
T: Not bad here. The trackwork was mostly smooth, albeit there were a few small pumps here and there. The supports were okay, and both e-stop and tunnel test passed.
A: This ride was fairly fun. It had decent airtime and some nice twists. The Gs were kept in control. I just felt it wasn't the most exciting compared to similar launched rides.
On a side note, I appreciate the fact you got the Sausage warmed up before diving into the tunnel, but I think it came out a little too early.
U: The layout wasn't terribly unique. I think you could have benefited from theming and more terraforming.
R: It's a realistic ride.
RV: Overall, this ride isn't bad. It's fairly fun and has re-ride value. I just think it could've used more.
Really interesting rollercoaster. Some interesting ideas and execution throughout the ride. I personally enjoyed the ideas behind the layout - it felt like it had everything to make a complete family launched ride. Technically what impressed me most were the supports and how you handled your high G - situation (Hitting hard initially before fading the G's away to a more managable amount).
What irked me somewhat were some of the transitions and shaping didn't help the ride flow. The snaking element was the right thing to have there - but it just felt laboured and didn't feel like it 'snaked' enough. The element out of the tunnel also felt a little disjointed and personally I'm not a huge fan of extended straight sections but it did sort of serve a purpose on this ride. On a side note I don't think you needed transport LIMs on the final brake run as it was pretty steep
