After many months of hard work, I am beyond excited to release"Venom". This coaster has to be my best work yet, and I'm very proud of it! I hope you have as much fun riding it as I did making it. Please Rate! This took a tremendous amount of time to create and would be great to receive feedback. And huge thank you to Projektion for letting me use his environment!
This just may be the first 4D Coaster to start out facing forward, the first one with the lowest height to-date, and the first one with the smallest footprint. It deserves full credit!
As a to-be "Work-at-Home Design Engineer" for "S&S - Sansei Technologies", I have an idea where I could put such a thing, and name it properly.
You wouldn't mind if I use your design, would you?
Venom is dark. Thats ok, but light kan give some color and hold the daekness. A nice track with some cool effects. maybe a bit more landscape could be nice. Download it and ride it, its worth.
New to this site and this was my first download. I thought this track was great. Lots of twist and turns and I would definitely ride this if it was a real coaster. Not much of an expert but I thought this was a great track!
Ride is well built, especially the supports. Also thank you for not depending on flipping the riders around in ways that would kill them! It's always nice to see a 4D or a flying coaster built properly. Anyways, the only thing that irked was that I feel the dip before the main drop was a bit undersupported. Otherwise you did great in that department. The G's were well controlled, and the track shaping was really interesting. I also like how you started the train reversed. I haven't seen that before and it was really interesting to see what you did with that.
Sorry I don't have much more to say, but I like realistic simplistic rides and I don't really have much to complain about here. Thanks for uploading.
Technique- Overall the technique was about average for a standard 4D coaster. It could've used more elements but not bad
Adrenaline- Obviously if someone who was never ridden a 4D coaster before might find it more thrilling than people who have been on one. But for me, there is something missing from this coaster that makes it lack a huge chunk of adrenaline. Could use some work if there where to be a V2 version.
Uniqueness- I do like the color combinations and the snake scales of the trains, but it feels like something is missing to the ride. I can't put my finger on it but it kind of seems like your typical 4D coaster. Also the ride could be much longer to be more enjoyable, since I enjoy long coaster myself.
Realism- I though that this coaster was capable enough to be in a amusement park. And it could be. Rider value- I bet if this was a real roller coaster, riders would ride if 1-2 times and move on. I would call it a ride that you repeatedly ride over and over again. But I will never know because it's not a real rollercoaster
Overall- The ride is not incredible and the ride is not bad. It definitely has potential and it just needs to release it. Keep it up!
Technique:- The trackwork on this was fairly smooth but could use work however the layout for this coaster has potential . The radii of the turns for the storage tracks may have been too sharp however for the 4D trains to navigate realistically. The rotation sequence of the seats was varied and flowed nicely with the layout of the track however the G-forces seemed to stray outside reasonable regions at times.
Adrenaline:- The varying rotation rates of the seats and the mix of above and below track sections certainly added high levels of intensity to the ride. I loved the final horseshoe type turn along the side of the hill, it was a great surprise.
Uniqueness:- Although a few of the elements are found on the existing 4D coasters in the world now, there were a few unique aspect such as the first drop, that final turnaround and the simple fact that the trains were reversed in this creation.
Realism:- I could quite easily see this being a real 4D coasters (with a few structural and practical tweaks that is), and the presentation was also believable for its surrounding. The storage solution and first turn are the main areas I feel would need work to add to the realism as currently they detract from this fact.
Rider Value:- I have a feeling that I'd constantly be reriding this coaster, but how can you say otherwise when 4D coasters are as rare and crazy as they are.
