The park has four tracked rides and the two big rides have an entrance placed next to each other and the two small tracked rides are also standing next to each other. I think it would be a lot better to move the mini train ride (which only rides in a circle) to the place below the first turn of the Child Coaster and make the entrance of the Cycle Coaster on a different place.
The Child Coaster and the Cycle Coaster are looking awesome and feel very realistic. What looks weird to me is that the Child coaster has a huge capacity compared to the other tracked rides.
The theming also looks very nice on most of the places. The only thing that bothers me here is that the compact park is placed in the middle of some trees. I would expect such a park in the middle of a city where there is no space for expansion.
The accessibility of the Child Coaster and Cycle Coaster looks pretty bad: There is only one stairway to the stations and it looks like it's to narrow for being a ride entrance and exit at the same time. Other than this everything seems to be pretty accessible.
I gave a 9 for use of space because some parts of the park are still a little bit empty but this will probably be a 10 if the park is completely finished.
