You don't see too many of this kind of ride floating about, probably for good reason. I think you did a good job at bringing some new elements to the table but the ride defintiely suffered from pacing and lack of direction. I think you need to work on creating a more coherant layout that incorperates the more interesting elements. Supportwork was pretty on point though so good job there!
