Top Gun which would initially be a recreation of the new Vekoma model of the same name, but for some problems everything came out in a different way and became a slightly different and compact version, and I ended up liking the result and I come to post here, I hope they enjoy it and tell me what they found.
I really enjoyed this ride - the presenation of the theme was good and the trackwork was really decent. The layout perhaps lacked a small bit of pacing right at the end but was generally good. What I do think needs improving is the support structure, at a glance it looked okay - spacing was good and there was bracing present thorughout, however some areas where the track was banked highly you didn't have diagonal bracing. Also you need diagonal bracing when the track is twisting to resist the forces. Finally the brake run needs a diagonal bracing between the first and second vertical (eg - |\| | | ) - as the act of braking causes a force to act along where that bracing would be.
