Admittedly it's been 30 YEARS since I rode Vortex but from what I CAN remember this is an fairly accurate recreation of this Arrow suspended coaster. I do remember the lift hill going over the mountain and swinging over the lake. The layout is very similar to Top Gun/Flight Deck/Bat at Kings Island. I do remember I liked this coaster back in 1992. Thank you for the recreation as I haven't been back to Canada's Wonderland since my one and only trip in 1992!!!
