My home park is Enchanted Kingdom, an amusement park located in the Philippines. I love Enchanted Kingdom. It's a place where I've had a lot of amazing memories. And I think Enchanted Kingdom has a lot of potential.
Recently they've announced a massive 100 million dollar expansion, and although the exact details haven't been released to the public, the park has said that part of the expansion will be a new themed area that aims to showcase Filipino culture. This ride right here is my dream coaster that could be built in the new themed area.
Lawin is a Mack Launched Coaster themed to the Filipino legend of Bakunawa. Basically, there was once a time when there were seven moons in the night sky. Enchanted by the beauty of the seven moons, Bakunawa, a massive sea dragon from the underworld, took flight and consumed six of them before Bathala (the Filipino counterpart of God) punished him. He was believed to be the reason for lunar eclipses (people believed Bakunawa was trying to swallow the last remaining moon). (The "Lawin" featured in the story is something I included myself and is not part of the original mythology.

)
Lawin features two LSM launches. The first one launches you to 76 km/h and the second one launches you to 80 km/h. It features a variety of elements, such as airtime hills, overbanked turns, and zero-G rolls. But the most intense element of the ride comes towards the end of the ride -- the Divebomb Roll, which would be a world first if built. The Divebomb Roll is a combination of two consecutive barrel rolls shaped in a hill-like fashion, resulting in 4 seconds of ejector airtime while twisting upside down.
Lawin would open with the brand-new themed area (which I've called "Nayong Amihan", the "village of the cool breeze") that would also feature new shows, food, and games. Another ride which I added into the themed area is an observation tower ride named Palosebo (named after a game played during town fiestas where one has to climb to the top of a greased bamboo pole to win).
I think Lawin would be an amazing addition to the park if this somehow became a reality. It would be the Philippines' first ever launched coaster (highly marketable), it would would be just the right height (27.5 meters) to attract thrill seekers but not overly intimidate novice riders, it would have what I think is a unique theme (Most people who live in the area where I live don't even know the legend of Bakunawa!), and I think it would be one of the best roller coasters in Asia, as it is a very fast, smooth, and twisted ride with some of the best airtime in the continent.
Enjoy your ride!

Welcome to Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park! This 2015, to celebrate 20 years of bringing magic and happiness to our guests, we open our new themed area, Nayong Amihan, which features brand-new attractions that showcase the Philippines' rich culture and history.
With Nayong Amihan opens not just one, but TWO amazing new rides! LAWIN: CONQUER THE DRAGON is the Philippines' first ever launched roller coaster. Reach speeds of over 84 km/h and experience breathtaking twists and turns, including the world's first ever Divebomb Roll Inversion, as you fly with the Lawin, the legendary winged beast that patrols the skies, and fight the evil dragon Bakunawa!
Another star attraction added this year to Enchanted Kingdom's unique ride lineup is PALOSEBO, the Philippine's tallest theme park attraction. On this unique ride designed for the whole family, riders board an air-conditioned gondola, which ascends up a 99-meter tall tower to provide a breathtaking 360-degree view of Enchanted Kingdom and the city of Santa Rosa!
We hope you enjoy these brand new additions to Enchanted Kingdom as we celebrate 20 magical years of bringing you one-of-a-kind, world-class entertainment. Have a wonderful day at Enchanted Kingdom!
The coaster has a load and unload station. When exiting the ride you'll walk next to the load station. I think this won't be done in real life because there would be a chance that the train leaves as some people are still packing their bags which can create a dangerous situation.
The queue has two parts: The first part is heavily themed and the second part is just a normal queue. I think it would be better to switch these parts. Now everyone would just walk past the story and waits in the "boring" queue section if the ride doesn't have a full queue line.
BTW, I laughed pretty hard when walking to the entrance and hearing the music which might be a bit too happy. XD
