This seems like one of your first coasters. It would absolutely kill you in real life, and it's really a mess. But in future uploads, you can work on some smaller coasters, and make sure those are smooth. then build large looping coasters after that. Also, I had to freeze the coaster myself, so before saving it as a package you should freeze the coaster and make sure all of the final touches like that are added.
