Tornado

Flying high above the Southern California countryside, the mighty Tornado is here to deliver a very intense ride experience. Opened as the world's tallest, fastest, and longest inverted coaster at the time, the ride experience is a huge source of strong positive G-forces. With many inversions, this coaster has something for everyone. The latter two inversions were something I had not yet attempted until now. Before, I would always try to create a "Batman" flat spin which is very whippy and quick. This time, I tried to go for a "Raptor" flat spin which is a bit more drawn out but has its own inherent intensity. In addition, i did try to mimic the turn into the first flat spin pulled-off by Hersheypark's Great Bear. In addition, the seven-car trains allow for faster pacing than an eight-car train would allow for. The track draws inspiration from many old-school 90's inverts. The name and trains are inspired by the namesake plane flown by a certain sentient Kitsune and his blue Hedgehog friend. With that being said, enjoy this amazing B&M invert.
