The park chairman confirmed it during a RCCGB event. What else do we need to tell you??

I'm sort off sad to see this unique ride close. But I can totally understand their reason with all the issues they've had.

Personally I hope it will be relocated to a different park. It was quite fun imo.

Update from Screamscape:

(10/14/18) UPDATE - While the ride is still listed on the park???s website, the closed G-Force coaster at Drayton Manor is now said to be closed for the foreseeable future. The unique compact looping coaster from Maurer just opened back in 2005. There have been some rumors on social media claiming it may be closed for good, but this has not yet been fully determined as the future fate of the ride is said to still be determined. For now just expect it to remain closed through at least the 2019 season.

So it seems like it's not going to be torn down...

I really doubt anything of value will be lost with this. Hopefully it's replaced with something better, even if it's a basic addition like a Premier skyloop.

Like I said before, the Pinfari looper that was there previously was massively more enjoyable anyway, get it back in!

Why not a nice family Gravity Group woodie? Or perhaps a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter model 320 or 380?

It is still SBNO currently. Hasn't been demolished yet.

Gouldy if you want to think bad thoughts know that a Chinese park actually cloned this thing.

So has it been removed yet? I saw the RCDB page say that it is SBNO instead of removed (it did mention "removed" some time ago)

After sitting a year SBNO, dismantling of the coaster has begun:
