There is a button next to the download button which tells you who downloaded your ride. Try sending a private message to those people and ask them nicely for some feedback in the form of a rating.

I love getting rates, but I do rides for myself...they come out better that way. If you're not willing to spend two weeks and not get rates then you probably won't improve much.
