The construction kit is no longer for sale. If you don't have it now, better luck next time. Elementary however should be easily accessible from the dev center.

I think the dev center re-links you to gravimetricstudios, which, for those of you who don't know, seems to have been let go and shut down.

So there goes the track packager, elementary, and all of Tia's others tools.
