Unfortunately, it seems the release is going to be delayed until the previous upload (now corrupted) is removed.

My thought is that when the previous iteration (had a tree hit) was removed, it screwed up the new file. Here's a pic from my computer (evidence of the problem):



And when I, the creator, am unable to open my own .nlpack file, we have a pretty serious problem.[xx(]
