Keep up those custom supports. Don't say "never again."

Very nice supporting and the layout looks fun. Why does the terrain texture look like dead grass though?

@cool5: LoL, I honestly don't know how people custom support all their rides, I gave up on this baby twice before finishing the supports! More power to you guys I guess... :)

@coasteragent99: It's supposed to be sand, but I guess you're right it does look a little dead *shrug*. I'm not advanced enough to be messing with the default textures or 3DS objects or anything like that yet.

I custom support my jet coasters all the time except for one jet coaster tribute that the real coaster's supports looked like prefabs.

It's not very advanced. Just go to the terrain settings and click the "Sand" button and bingo. It's not difficult to set the detail texture to sanddetail.jpg and adjust the repeats manually though. You don't need a degree in game art, just play around with the settings in NL and see what does what; you can mix the default textures around as you see fit.

Or you can use some textures on the internet, just run a google search...
Make sure that the textures are 256x256 pixels, if you want to use them!

EDIT:
By the way, your coaster is now one of my favorites. CongratZ!

There's websites around specifically for providing 3D models, textures, etc. Many require payment to use though, butyou should be able to find them.

Textures' dimensions can be anything in powers of two; 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024. Square textures are preferable. 1024x1024 should be used sparingly (only for skyboxes and the occassional large surface that seriously needs detail) and don't use anything larger.

Texture dimensions not in powers of two results in heavily wasted computer power.
