Did you mean to make the loop so circular? Those are hard to make because the depumper forces them to be way rounder than you intend usually.

Yes, I did that on purpose. Mostly so that one element gets such a large range of forces. And it's very smooth

Try opening the scene objects around the coaster with the NL2SCO Editor, go to the Lights tab, then change the names of the lights to "thelight". I'm assuming you're scripting stuff?
