Scripting an uploaded park to only walk & run.

I doubt it. Maybe you can assign said script to a certain area of the park or terrain?

I don't think it's possible. Maybe you could script the camera to move forward or backward if you press the corrosponding keys on your keyboard but I think it will give problems with entering rides.
