My NL got deleted, and the download link sent to my email with my purchase is expired, and of coarse they dont reply, ive tried to reach them 3 times.[:(!]

Your only option is to send them your registration information and wait for them to confirm it and respond.

Another thing you might want to do is after you D/L is burn a cd and save the E Mail in that file. I had a system melt down and jorge with my info e mailed me my key and a D/L link.
