you mean the screenshots they have? You can't 90????????? of those rides are just partly done just for screenshots. And the rides that were done are probably deleted now.

I think you're asking how to load up parks from here, not about parks in screenshots on the official site. If not, I apologize in advance [:)] The only problem I can think of that you might be having is that it's saying that user-created tracks can't be loaded in demo mode. If that's what you're getting, the demo version can only load the tracks packaged with the game. If it isn't, please explain a little more.
