Oh LOL they got rid of the mini, now this "nano" is the same, just smaller, and with a colored screen.

My friend just bought a mini a week ago and now he could have had one of these for the same price ([lol]I'll have to laugh at him for that tomorow[lol]). I guess no matter when you buy an iPod there will always be something better, I bought a 20gb right before they made the 30gb photo cheaper, and I also was bugged when they put color screens on all of them.

These are REALLY ugly. They just look really weird being that skinny and smallish.

Nano means 1/billionth.

What does one billionth have to do with 1000 songs? Cheesy marketing strategies... ;)

On the site, they don't even have the iPod mini listed anymore...are they still gonna sell it. I would buy a nano, but I have a shuffle, so that would be pointless.

No. I don't think it would make more sense. The shuffle is one of the lightest most compact Mp3 and Mp4 players out there. Its for the kind of people who don't want to have to deal with hard disks and losing information if the disk is dropped. I like my shuffle a lot.

I dont know, i think the shuffles are not worth the money, but people luv them.
