what is "Track Packager"?and how to use it?

I don't really know how to use Track Packager. I don't even clearly understand what it's for. I download so many tracks but i couldn't open any of them(it's something has to do with Track Packager).

And i also downloaded NL Construction Kit. I palyed around with it ,but when i changed the crossties capacity(distance between crossties),it never changed to what i modified.

The track packager opens .nlpack files, which are track packages that contain all the extras that track needs. All you need to do is open the track package with it, and then it will install it for you. It will then give you the option to ride the track.

the CK option with the crossties will only apply when you create a model out of it, which you can save as a 3ds and use it in your track as a scenery object
