I am currently working on the 7th installment to my ongoing Environment Series - White Wolf. It is a wooden coaster and it will probably surpass all of the Environment Series coasters before it, including The Iron Maiden.
For those who are not familiar with the series I will explain what it is about. The Environment Series is an ongoing coaster series that will contain one coaster for every track ever produced for the Ultimate Ride Coaster series. At present count, that will be well over 40 coasters. The emphasis of the series is track design and environmental setting; hence the name Environment Series. Alot of coasters in recent memory (mine included) have been too preoccupied with just creating a storyline and placing a track to run with music and props. While these rides are fun they tend to not be very realistic and lessen the beauty of the pure coaster experience. The Environment Series will not contain rides of that nature and none will be based on a story or plot line. Some may contain music (as was the case with The Iron Maiden), but it will not be the driving force of the coasters.
White Wolf will be like no other wooden coaster in the series and probably unlike any wooden coaster in the history of Ultimate Ride. Anyone who has seen the previous 6 coasters will know that the theming will be very full and lush, but with White Wolf the supports will all be hand placed to create as good as possible in URDC a real-world look to the coaster. The supports disasppear automatically in UR when a high level of theming such as what I do is used, so this will in itself is a first for the game. The anticipated debut of this ride is slated for mid January, hopefully sooner than that but at the rate it is coming along that will probably be the time the ride will open. I will try to get some screenshots of the coaster in progress soon.[8D]
