Re: Full Sensorpack [WIP] !!Need Assistance!!

I was about to tell you to reach out for the devs in order to include this into an official update for NL2, and then only I read the end of your post. So thrilled for that! Wishing you luck with the project. ;) Maybe you can reach out to Irvine Ondrey Engineering , they might be able and happy to he...

Re: What are cubemap images for?

You can make a 360?? picture out of it.

But as far as I understand, it's especially useful to fake reflections on 3D objects.

Re: Lech Coaster - Legendia Poland 2017 - FULL POV!

Okay that's good to hear. I kept picturing those horrible B&M torture devices on this thing, and that would kinda ruin it for me. Indeed, I had this fear also. I rode one wing-rider (Raptor) and a few Vekoma MK1212 train, and was always more or less bothered by the vest restraints: it keeps on ...

Re: Star Trek Mack Coaster - Movie Park Germany 2017

That's an interesting hole in the building lol. I like the hig banked turns I'm seeing so far. Looks like the park is trying to mimic this. https://i.gyazo.com/4948c0011a942c009560be69ad100e18.jpg It's actually more than that! I recently heard that these two (Movie) parks were correlated. The turns look pretty intense

3.8g will be reached in that turn. :)

With a launch speed of 80km/h, there will be 3.7g at the entrance of the Immelman-loop (the official name for this inversions, don't ask), and -0.2g at the top. Hangtime! :D

Re: This isn't failing the clearance test?

Fun fact: A lot of real coasters don't pass the "clearance test" on catwalks, so they sometimes use "finger warners" like these ones:

Re: New Ferrari Themed Area @ Port Aventura

Honestly I think this is a standard design, all Kumbak trains have the same kind of feel to them. I never thought this was custom to fit a theme, but maybe you guys are right. About Stampida as the whole, as surprising as it may be to some people, I really enjoyed my rides on it (with those exact tr...

Re: New Ferrari Themed Area @ Port Aventura

Those awful kumbak trains were nicely themed. Wha... What? https://parkvault.files.wordpress.com/2014/11/stamp2.jpg If the theme they were going on is "a 21st century torture device", well, ok they nailed it. But I thought the theme of that coaster was a western stempede of some sort.

Re: Unkown Mack Coaster - Wallibi Holland 2016

No, Mack is also thinking that as well, as they confirmed it was a new type. Not to like kill any speculation here, but do you have proof of MACK saying this? Actually no, I just heard that from someone. I think they asked Mack at IAAPA or something like that. But I mean, look at the track, catwalk...

Re: Unkown Mack Coaster - Wallibi Holland 2016

Questions are always the same. I got the first two right by luck (I don't speak Dutch) and then the third one wrong. It let me enter the contest anyway. But I tried it again and got the three right, only the top sentence changes, otherwise it's the exact same page where you enter your email address.

Re: Custom Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster to Finland 2015

It's not even round though  its squashed from the top haha That's what I thought at first too. But I think both the angle of the drawing, and the fact that we're accustomed to see tear-shaped inversions leads us wrong. As for the rendering, no, it seems pretty solid. Look at the supports, they...
