There's no school, like the old school. I myself don't prefer the look of the newer styles. The older stuff looks a lot sleeker, like the B&M hyper trains. Plus, with the 4 abreast seating, you feel essentially the same force. The newer Intamin styles are okay with me, but I still like the older tra...

Yes, it is a beautiful park. It's got loads of trees all over, and nicely trimmed hedges. I was up there back in july, the 15th. Termy has like $1,000,000 worth of flatscreens alone! And yes, it's a gorgeous ride, but it kinda lacks that awesome punch it looks to have [:(]

Originally posted by Omnigeek6 New rule, STOP building rollercoasters with trains that look like race cars. Themeing like that is fine for a kiddy ride, but for the world's fastest coaster, get a real train! I'd imagine something with a bullet nose like that would slice through the air rather than ...

I feel if SF keeps this up, then within 10 years or so, customer service will be down so far, parks will be too far in debt and will have to close down [:(]

The problem here is that 3Ds take a while to make. Something simple like a sign wouldn't be too difficult to make, but a corral reef or a themed station would take weeks, maybee months to make very well, and ontop of that, even if you somehow manage to get it done, the poly count would be huge if yo...

They are all connected to the launch dolley. Two run out to it from the hydraulic motors, and those are what pull it to get the train up to speed. Then the 3rd one runs all the way to the block the train sits on, and runs around that big pulley that sits inside the track. Then that cable runs to the...

One thing that beginners can't spot are what are called pumps. They really are only 100% visible when riding along the track in the 3D editor, but an experienced person can look at a particular section and just tell you it's going to have a pump. The only way to rid the track of these pumps is to pr...
