Ohhhhhhhhh, I see now that the launch is inclined. Very cool. That's a lot of force so make sure the suports are strong

Little hills could do the job instead of 'bumps' They might also make the ride feel faster.

6I agree. You dont need that support there. If you do somethign like this http://www.rcdb.com/ig2999.htm?picture=16 you can get some good head choppers with the hill beneath it. Diggin' the use of terrain bt...

Thank you very much! On the original hills, the Gs weren't that extreme. Somewhat in the range you gave. But the less steep hills are solid -1.1 Gs in the front seat. Some of the hills give -1.1 for the front and not as much for the back and some of the hills do the exact opposite. Here are some pic...

I made the hills less steep and compared them to the original ones and WOW! The airtime is MUCH better. How high should my negative Gs be? I don't want to go over board with these.

I've put the track though AHG several times now and for the most part all the Gs have been fixed. No more 4 G helix, it's down to about 3.8. So it shouldn't be too long before I can call the track complete.
Question: Does anyone think the first drop is too steep?

It shouldn't be too big a deal. The train goes through it pretty fast the the Gs are usually about 4.7. And that's only for a second.

Ah, it's not too tight, and those are glass panels. But I'll see how it looks with a little more space.
Btw, if you look at the queue, you can see some REALLY tight spaces >.<

Grass/Tunnel Problem with OC

I can't figure out how to make the grass plot I made in Object Creator to match the grass in the simulator. Using the same jpg from the NL terrain I've tried changing the local coords in OC and resizing the plot in Editor but nothing has worked. Anyone know what to do? http://i23.photobucket.com/alb...

Done with the station and supports for track near the station. Some track work still needs to be done but nothing too big. I'm still loking for a name so any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/CrazyHits45/jkbslkdsa-090728160301000.jpg http://i23.photobuc...

Hows this? The position of the vertex at the bottom of the hill is making it hard to shape it. I've been working on a station heavily based on the one for Goliath in Georgia. http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/CrazyHits45/BM2.jpg http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/CrazyHits45/Box.jpg

Heads up for SketchUp: The shadows are really funky in the nolimits simulator. If a wall ist hit by the sun it;s almost always completely black. I made a pretty nice station but it didnt look that great in the simulator :/

Looks great! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure LIM brakes wont completely stop a train. I'm not possitive I saw it stop but it seemed like it. That's something to down rate on. Not much. But still...

Good work though. Love the staircase head chopper. And it's pretty darn realistic.

Unnamed B&M Mega Coaster

Just a little track I've been working on. I didnt realize hwo jerky the transitions on the hills so I hope to fix that. I wanted it to end on a strong note so the helix at the end pulls up to 4.7Gs. ;) I need to find the fake grass because object creator wont work on my computer for some reason so I...

NL Screenshot Problem (Vista?)

I just switched NL to my laptop that has Vista. I cant figure out where my simulator screenshots are saving, or if they're saving at all. Could Vista be the problem?
