Let's say I make a tunnel under the ferris wheel. If I make a .3ds terrain to overlay and hide the extra terrain I didn't want moved, would I be judged on the terrain that was moved anyway?

Cyclone at SFNE. At first I thought it would just be a standard wooden coaster, but then as I got closer and closer to it, it looked even more bizzare. I definitely did not expect all that ejector airtime and the way it pulls you down the drop so hard. What a great ride.
