GateKeeper Roller Coaster Model

Hi! Here is my newest model! It is re-creation of a car of the GateKeeper roller coaster located in Cedar Point, USA. I have found no drawing of this B&M coaster, so one of the big steps of this project was to model the car on a CAD software. You???ll find several inaccuracies about pieces??? sh...

Blue Fire Train Model

Hi everyone ! I have not been posting here since a long time, but I was working on my last model : it's the first car of the Blue Fire, the LSM launch coaster located in Europapark. As you can see, I decided not to do a track but a train as detailed as possible. My 3D printer helped me to do that. A...

Little Vekoma model

Hi everyone ! I just finished a model for a friend: It's like my first model Vekoma but I changed the size (50%) and the colors...We can't really see it on the pictures but it's very small :) As a reminder my other models are here : http://www.coastercrazy.com/forums/b-m-inverted-loop-model-t36086.h...

Re: B&M Inverted Loop Model

Thanks, that's nice ! toiletalker26, do you say that I should have put all the supports as true in the loop? I hesitated to do that but I found that it would have been overloaded the model... So that was a dilemma :p But I hold you suggestion ! About the connectors: I realised that my latest model h...

Re: Immelmann Model

Thanks ! ;)
There is no wood, just paper, cardboard, plaster, clay, glue, paint, and vernish ! I think the traces of brushes made you believe that !
Yeah it would be better with aluminium but I don't have enough tools to do that :/ But thanks for the idea !

Re: Immelmann Model

Thank you for your comments! For the moment I keep it, but about selling these I will have to give it some thought ! ;) My next model, wich I'll start in september, will be a launch system! And I would appreciate that someone helps me with the technical part... I'll post a video rendered by Blender ...

Immelmann Model

Hi everyone ! After 2 models ( http://www.coastercrazy.com/forums/vekoma-and-b-m-models-1-16-t35260.html ), I wanted to make an Immelmann model, more esthetic and more complex. As you can see, the results is not perfect, this Immelmann is not very smooth and worse: it's too short and to dangerous to...

Ahah that's exactly the idea I had for my next model :-p
But I hesitate to do an other type of model too, like a little launch system (I think a LIM).

Re: Vekoma and B&M models (1/16')

Thanks you all to interest you in what I do ! But unfortunately I think I will not put these models for sale for the moment , because I can't afford to sell it expensive just because of the time spent on it and because of the exportation. :-/ But I will consider the possibility to create models spec...

Re: Vekoma and B&M models (1/16')

Thank you for your opinions ! ;-)
I just used wood in the supports , to solidify it, but that's all, because I didn't want to sculpt it (and it would be not round at all :-p)
I'll post some pics in the next few weeks !
Now I just did the stand... (yes that's look ugly for the moment!)
