Thanks for you quick reply, I have just downloaded and installed the update and it is asking for a new serial, I only had the one for version 1.1 and that doesn't work on 1.3 for some reason, do you have to pay again.

Sorry, forgot to mention that this was only on wooden coasters, even the one that is included in the TrackPack ("Crystal Beach Cyclone") appears as if it is a metal coaster but it does have the supports (they appear metal).

Hi all,

I have downloaded some of the rides here and all of the ones that use custom supports won't display any supports at all, only the track shows. I have tried altering my detail levels etc...

Do you have to enable them somehow?
