Oops. I meant the Heartline Generator. How does it work?

I heard there was a node smoother for NL. I downloaded it once but it didn't work quite well. If someone has it please send me a PM so I can give you my email and you can send it to me. I would greatly appreciate it. Also I would need detailed instructions on how to use it.
