Who would have thought that having a kid, moving to a new house and being at school for 12 hours a day would keep someone so busy? [xx(]

My park will be named The Land of Dreams.

The Land of Dreams is filled with rides and roller coasters that will keep everyone smiling from dawn till dusk!
In the building of this theme park, the park owners decided to let a handfull of roller coaster enthusiasts brainstorm what type of roller coasters and elements they would like to see and ride.
What they came up with is the following breath taking lineup of rides;

Expedition GeForce - http://rcdb.com/ig977.htm
Thunderhead - http://rcdb.com/ig2451.htm
Storm Runner - http://rcdb.com/ig2498.htm
Dueling Dragons - http://rcdb.com/ig558.htm
Balder - http://rcdb.com/ig1562.htm
Avalanche (@Timberfalls Adventure Park) - http://rcdb.com/ig2588.htm

My park,

Tahitian Wonderland

Come to Tahitian Wonderland, the all-new themepark in southern California. Bask in the sun, lying under the palm trees that line the Pacific Ocean, or take a spin on one of our world-class roller coasters, including Millennium Force, the best roller coaster on the planet.

Coming in to the draft, I had a srtaegy already in my head, and I stuck pretty closely to it, except for missing one turn, and FN taking about 3 of my picks. IMO each of my coasters offer a different expeirence, and focus on different aspects of roller coasters in general. Here's why:

Millennium Force - http://www.rcdb.com/id594.htm - Raw speed and height, not forgetting that amazing first drop, and some sustained floater air.

Raptor - http://www.rcdb.com/id1.htm - one of the best inverts in the world, with some really strong forces, and six inversions

Raven - http://www.rcdb.com/id136.htm - Awsome terrian woodie. It's ben around for a while, but I always hear good things about it, especially at night.

Colossos - http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=colossos - Smooth plug and play woodie. Oh, don't forget the airtime!

Atlantis Adventure - http://www.rcdb.com/id1646.htm - Whoa, launched water coaster, not to mention that amazing theming.

Shivering Timbers - http://www.rcdb.com/id478.htm - Look at all that airtime!

Incredible Hulk - http://www.rcdb.com/id557.htm - Launch into zero-g roll, what more could you want?

Rita: Queen of Speed - http://www.rcdb.com/id2787.htm - Intense launch, high-g turns, and even a little bit of airitme.

Boulder Dash - http://www.rcdb.com/id602.htm - Second best coaster in the world, flying through the trees, one amazing ride!

X - http://www.rcdb.com/id750.htm - the only fourth-dimension coaster in the world!! Yikes.

Kraken - http://www.rcdb.com/id581.htm - An amazing floorless coaster with seven inversions.

These are the reasons why my park kicks butt. It has a great array of coasters, and would be an excellent way to spend a couple of days.

VOTE FOR ME!!!

Up in the beautiful cottage country of northren Ontario lies Belwood Lake Amusment Park and Resort.

With 11 amazing roller coasters, it's on everyones must visit list this summer. And if the roller coasters don't float your boat, Belwood Lake amusment Park and Resort is home to over 187 other fantastic flat rides and attractions. Belwood lake Amusment Park and Resort is also home to a famous hotel and a Famous Restaurant selling 2 pound hamburgers(the place is called wimpy burgers near my house, the hamburgers are massive)

To let you get prepared for a one-of-a-kind experience, we'll provide a short description of our famous roller coasters.

We start with the Magnum XL-200, a beast of a hyper coaster with a 205' drop!
http://www.rcdb.com/ig11.htm?picture=1

The second ride you'll come across is the Riddlers Revenge. A stand-up coaster that takes you through 3 minutes of twisting track and invesions.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig470.htm?picture=7

The next ride will really knock you of your feet. The Cornball Express Roller coaster is a wooden coaster that has a wicked first drop. It's 2100' of pure fun and adrenaline.
http://www.rcdb.com/ig741.htm?picture=1

Next on the list an amzing racing/dueling coaster called Lightning Racer.
This thing is an amzing coaster that just keeps going and going, and is one of GCI's best.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig597.htm?picture=4

The next coaster, Apollo's Chariot, is another hyper coaster, a bit more advanced then it's counter-part, it's a smooth, fun ride with an amazing layout. It's one of the best.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig531.htm?picture=2

This one is an Inverted Coaster, and one heck of an inverted coaster it is. It's called Top-Gun, themed after the movie, it's a ride full of tists and turns... and 6 invesions.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig527.htm?picture=5

This next one is a classic. The Phoenix is the parks second oldest Coaster, and was built by the park itself. It has drops and turns and a load of airtime, it proves that that coaster dosen't have to be 400 feet tall to be one of the best.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig143.htm?picture=2

The first thing you see when you enter Bala, Ontario, is the Twister roller coaster. This monster of a wooden coaster, has so many drops and turns, you'll love it from start to finish.

http://www.rcdb.com/ig546.htm?picture=3

This next one is another inverted coaster, but bigger. Pyrenees will throw you 6 amazing inversions and give you a truly unique ride. (don't ask why I picked two inverts)

http://www.rcdb.com/ig1227.htm?picture=4

The wooden coaster of the past, this wooden coaster has survived a war and a depression. The Giant Dipper has been around since 5/17/1924 making the oldest coaster in the park. Although it's an old-timer, it's a fun and amazing ride.
http://www.rcdb.com/ig204.htm?picture=3

The tinyest, but most most unique coaster in the park is the Kiddy sized lasso Loop. This ride will please the smallest coaster riders and pretty much everyone else too. Don't forget to hold on :)
http://www.rcdb.com/ig949.htm?picture=1

Discover Ontario, And don't forget to stop by Belwood Lake Amusment Park and Resort while you're here.

In fact, its such a perfect collection of rides we wouldn't know what to throw in next!

1. Superman: RIde of Steel - SFNE
This 208 foot tall ride is sworn to be the best roller coaster in America by all who ride. Internationally, its second only to Expedition GeForce, a sure highlight of your park visit, but only one of many fantastic rides we have at Timberwood.
http://www.rcdb.com/id628.htm

2. Hyrdra: the revenge
What this ride lacks in size, it makes up for with its unique element pattern, and its unique use of terain. This mother of twistedness features 7 twisted inversions as well as several pops of "floater air" - a thrill seakers best friend. [:)]
http://www.rcdb.com/id2528.htm

3. Katun
Hold on tight for this inverted coaster. With six inversions and speeds of up to 64 mph, you will fly through trenches and hit up to 4 g's! This intense B&M is highly acclaimed, and is rated as one of the best of its type!
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=katun

4. Kanonen
Living proof that bigger isn't always better! This ride feautres an adrenaline rushing launch at 0 - 46.6 mph in 3 seconds using a unique hydrolic launch. After launching over a top hat which provides plenty of air time, you'll be riding head over hills through 2 inversions, as well as giving you some more air time in between elements, don't let the size full you. It'll blow you away!
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=kanonen

5. Ghost Rider
This classic double "Out-N-Back" feautures a 108 foot drop, and has been featured in many top ten list for many years in a row since its debut in 1998. Designed by the team of CCI, it features 14 hills, and 10 cross overs. Definately a ride you'll want to ride again, and again!
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=ghost+rider

6. Wicked Twister
Our second inverter. Standing at 215 feet high, this 72 mph ride is sure to thrill. You are a catapulted by LIM (Linear Induction Motor) and sent spiralling through 2 tall spike. At the top you experence sevearl seconds of weightlessness.
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=wicked+twister

7. Space Mountain
This classic will be a hit among families. With its 40" hight restraint, it is easily accessable by smaller children, thus making it a great starter ride for future coaster enthusiests! But don't let the hight limit fool you, this is an action packed E-Ticket attraction all thrill seakers will enjoy.
http://www.rcdb.com/id2491.htm

8. Tremors
Our 2nd wooden coaster. This is also built by the guys of CCI. Unlike Ghost Rider, this is a twister wooden coaster feautering lats and air time galore! But wait, it gets better, you dash through 4 high speed tunnels, and your treated
to an opening drop that "Is among the best" - ACE Members.
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=tremors

9. Air
The first B&M flying machine to be manufactured. This unique ride gives you the sensation of flying as you glide under and over paths. As you gracefully glide across the track, you will go through several unique elements that will make your experience on this ride, a memorable one!
http://www.rcdb.com/id1458.htm

10. Canyon Blaster
This unique Arrow is a blast. Although only 94 feet tall, its unique theming provides the thrill. The opening drop gives "air time" to people riding in the back as they rip through 4 inversions (2 loops, 2 corkscrews) and then wrap around the canyon wall in a very exciting helix, and then hit the breaks. Although short, this ride will make you want to come back time and time again!
http://www.rcdb.com/id104.htm

11. Poltergeist
Designed by Premier Rides, this mean scream machine blasts you 60 miles per hour into one twisted mess of track. Featuring 4 inversions, and up to 4.5 g's, its hard not to like this ride. It's 1:15 second of bliss you'll want to ride over and over again!
http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=Poltergeist

- Writers Thoughts
Why should you pick this park? Well it contains a large mix of rides that are great for many reasons. There are a fair amount of wooden coasters for any person who prefers wood, as well as lots of inversions for those kinds of people. And of course we have our share of B&M and Intamin. And for those of you just interested in air time, we have an abondence of that as well. We also have highly themed rides for those people who prefer those type, as well as a nice thrilling family coaster that is easily excessible by the younger thrill seekers.
Please vote for me! [:D]

I just noticed a huge fault in Screamomatic's selection of Lasso Loop, it only operated until 2004, which makes it ineligable in the draft.

Actually, the lasso loop is still in operation, but it travels instead of being in one fixed spot, so technically it's still operating.[:p]

And there are some bad typos in your description coolbeans, unless there supposed to be there[lol]

Yah your park is good coolbeans, but, IMO, not the best. Some of your rides are just not worthy of my pick, but everyone has different preferences. I think FN's park is far superior to yours ;p

Considerd one of the best inverted coasters of the worlds, hyyyper Valley bring you this masterpiece from Alton Towers. With the terrain layout, it's two wingovers, loop and zero G roll, not to mention the intensity and roughness of this B&M Invert, Nemesis is worth than one visit.
