To answer Ross-

You can include your 3ds files with your track by using the Track Packager. There is no place here at WWS/CC.

You CANNOT use anyone elses 3ds without their permission.

You will need to ask someone to make you your own 3ds - and there arent many of us who do that. Mostly for time restraints.

Maybe he did take time? Maybe hes learning english? You dont know so its not safe to assume.

BTW Im not sure how hard you tried...I filled in the blanks as I read it. Wasnt too hard since only a letter or two was missing from a few words :\
