How to fix those ugly seams in the support work? It ruins my whole coaster to see those seams in the box supports, I305 supports and general prefab-like supports.

gaps in the supports, you can see the ends of the supports at the joints

Convert your supports to 3ds with the construction kit and just use sketchup or something to fill the gaps. Honestly, they don't really bother me too much so I don't ever bother with it.

All it takes is a few extra nodes placed in the right spots, connect them properly, and wahlah those gaps are mixed.
What are these for?

I'm considering a modern euro-type theme. Maybe you could get inspired by some themes from actual coasters/parks.

All of my coasters have had little theming just so that the raters actually rate the coaster rather than how the 3ds improves the ride experience (because your screaming the whole time to pay attention anyway). You can make a great coaster with bad 3ds or a horrible coaster with great 3ds.

Airport theme sounds so cool.

I'm still not decided on a theme. I have a red and brown-ish color scheme. I'm thinking of maybe a modern looking theme, but it's not really coming together for me.

is your airport coaster an LIM coaster? It would make sense if it was since i've never seen a plane clank into the sky (unless your coaster is a vertical jump jet like Harrier). For now my coaster is themed after a made-up god.

Coaster is finished, now in tweaking phase (equalizing nodules, lengthening support extensions and creating screenshot logo)

Something just occurred to me, can a hyper have a loop in it? I noticed it too late so i changed it to maintain 1+ gforce during the flip so there wont be a law requirement for shoulder restraints...or is that how it works?

Well, the argument inversions = OTSRs is not really valid. There are coasters without inversions that have OTSRs and there are coasters with inversions that only have a lap or hip restraint.

Look at the (early) Schwarzkopf loopers and judge for yourself if you think you can or can't place a loop in your ride.

It has to do with the centrifugal force. Use this formula to help you decide

Fc = o^2 x r

where Fc is centrifugal force, o (usually little omega) is angular velocity and r is the radius of the object from the center of force.

Centrifugal force would be just that in the opposite direction (negative, for simplicity)

My theme for the moment is a presentation from Intamin that focuses on the ride itself, no scenery. (At least for right now)

OTSR vs no OTSR doesn't really matter, look at the hangtime you get on Skyrocket at Kennywood, it only has lapbars. Also there's Blue Fire, hearline roll and with a lapbar, El Toro and the other intamin prefabs, more stronger negative g than you'll ever get from the hangtime in an inversion. Not to mention the MS skywheels, the lift hill is an inversion, there is massive amounts of hang time and with only and extra-large lapbar. To sum up, it just doesn't matter at all whether the ride has inversions, also the new intamin OTSR are really just lapbars that come from the side and also have things that go on either side of your neck
