you can see it in every topic agian, the same guys.

if you look at the bottom it says something like 456 of 5002 member's have made post in these topics or something like that. But then you look deeper and see nearly 200 of them have less then 5 post, they just try to get help or want someone to rate their rides

yes, but graduly, they start posting more, heck, for like 10-15 days after i joined i still only had 2 post, LOL @ me...
