A Concept Idea

The idea is this: I was thinking of building a coaster (Probably X-Car) through the construction site of a building. The site, like many real ones, would be entirely I-beams, and the head chopping and needle threading would be constant. Think this a cool idea to proceed with? Please, post your mind!

I think this would be a very cool idea, but only if executed well. The scenery needs to look realistic and it needs to have a good construction site feel. It's easy to do this now though, because at least now you have the option to individually color supports.

I myself have toyed with this idea before, but I've never done 3Ds on a ride and although you can now do some pretty cool stuff with supports, I think it will always look better with purpose built 3Ds.

I always thought it would be good to build a coaster through the construction of a skyscraper, with all those crossing I-Beams etc. Nice idea [;)]

MegaBlast? If me and him pair up, we can turn out something even more crazy awesome than that FPS killing work of art.

This has already been done for a past competition on the site and was executed with a floorless. The whole point of the competition was to go through 3d rings or something. If anyone else knows what I am talking about feel free to post the link.

Sounds kinda like the CS wooden windowsills competition.

reminds me of this really old ride some guy was makeing a giant box with like 100 cubes piled together and the track weaving through.
