That's not what I measure using AHG. I get almost 7m at the top, and 6.65m at the vertical (at least the downward part). And that is consistent with what I'm seeing from the video.
Edit: On the upward part, I measure a similar radius discrepancy just *after* the vertical. Again, consistent with the video. What I'm looking at in the video is the track position in the frame. You can clearly see the track pulling away at the apex of the loop--a telltale sign that there's a local maximum of the radius there.
