Hi!

I am aware of a lot of people having issues activating their accounts. Particularly not getting the account activation email at all. We've had ongoing issues with certain domains that send our registrations to spam. So for us to help you get going, we can get your account activated manually. Here's how.

First and foremost, check the spam folder of your email. If it isn't there, proceed.

Service is provided during Pacific Standard Time. If you're in a time zone way off from that, it may take a couple hours to help you. However, usually I respond right away.
