AHG doesn't work

i know i didn't do anything wrong because i've used it before and it's worked but know for some reason i get ERROR every time i click keartline
i'm very sure that nothing is wrong and i have downloaded AHG a lot of times to see if my particular one was damaged, but i get the same result.
i try different tracks and nothing works

just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction

Main reason to get an error message with the AHG is too low speed input. In other words: the AHG will determine if a train could "make it" through the element with your speed input. In case not, an error is given.
