Hey everyone, I've got one more problem I dunno how to fix...This time with the auto-flanger. I tried to download it, but for some reason every time I try to open it, it just opens up the NL sim and stays at the menu where you pick the track you're riding or whatever. Anybody know how to change it so that it'll just open normally instead of with some other random default program? Thanks.

Edit - And now, a ton of other things are all opening up with the track packager, pretty much anything to do with NoLimits now..Elementary, a bunch of tracks that don't use the track packager, and some random other files too.

Did you possibly highlight all your NoLimits tracks and hit "open with-track packager"?

No, it's a lot more files than just tracks. But somehow the track packager is the default program to open everything with, and I just need to know how to change that so I can open up the auto flanger like normal.

I know of a simple solution that might work for this type of problem.

1. Individually right click on any problem file, and select 'Properties'.
2. In the pop-up window, next to 'Opens with:', click 'Change...'.
3. Select what ever the desired program is to that type of file being opened.
4. Do not forget to click 'Apply'!

That should fix the problem, if it randomly changes back or for some odd reason does not work - you probably have a deeper Windows issue. Thats all I can really tell you, I am not very familiar with fixing issues because I tend to not have any.

Thanks, but what program would I open the auto flanger with? Since it's basically it's own program I dunno something else I can use to open it with.

'Browse' for it and see if you can choose itself as an option to open it with. If you can't I don't know what to say. I stopped using that version of the auto-flanger a long time ago. I use the one included in the free version of the 'NoLimits Construction Kit'. I find that program as a whole tends to be more stable and I have never had a problem with it. Kind of makes me angry that the full version is no longer offered [:(!]

Thanks dude, that exact way didn't work but I figuered it out and got the auto flanger to work. But now, it just gets crazy G's for some reason, even though the track shape didn't change at all... Is there some other way I can get the version from the construction kit, or is it just the same thing?

The Auto Flanger automatically sets your track's friction to NoLimits 1.5. Just change it in your track's info.
