Are you getting spam through the site, specifically from addresses ending in:

mail.ru or cashette.com or gawab.com

If so please let me know in this topic. Are you als getting private messages with spam in them? Let me know so I can do some tweaks in them. I have not received reports but the reports to other snitz based sites have been growing and will place a solution if the problem exists here.

I should also add, messages saying 'I do not get any spam' does not help and only clogs up the thread, making it harder for the staff to handle the situation. So please keep any comments other than 'I get that problem' to yourself

I get users joining my forums on my site with addresses ending in cashette.com and mail.ru a lot. Nothing to do with this site though.

I suggest you add an e-mail filter to your registrations then. They're all spam [:)]

um, Does this forum have one of those things where you type in the rainbow wavy numbers upon registering? One of those might help with keeping spambots away...

(and no, no spam here btw)
