Just takes a steady hand and a very good knowledge of the subject [;)] [lol] the subject of my drawings being half naked chicks [:)]. Well, that and coasters .... and tattoo designs.

Yeah, btw, if you have got someone who is willing to pose for you, it makes it a lot easier, trust me [;)] .... that is basically my girlfriends body [:D]

I used a combination of photoshop, paintshop pro, and 3Dmax. Although it may appear that I'm a professional artist, I've never had a lesson in my life.

Yeah, gouldy, finally i see it again. I told you it's the best photo ever, and it looks amazing. For anyone who doesn't know, thats Mischa Barton from the OC. Again, wicked.

I also enjoy doing artwork. Here are some examples, in order from oldest to newest...

2- 12/13 years old
3- 13 years old
4- 14 or 15 years old
5- 15 years old
6- 16 years old (my most difficult and time consuming picture to date)
7- 16 years old
8- 16 years old
9- 16 years old
10- 16 years old
11- 16 years old (won 1st place in 2004 Dupont MLK contest and received a laptop)

13- 17 years old (won 1st place in 2005 Dupont MLK contest and received another laptop)
14- 18 years old (won best in show in Delaware Federal Junior Duck Stamp competition...slight rush job though)

I hope you enjoy my artwork! That's all I have on the computer right now, though I've done some more here and there. These include most of the best ones I've done though.

The last one, what medium was used?

You have a great handle on faces and the subtle shaping and texturing on them. I could never get them quite right no matter how I tried. I was good at just about anything but human figures.

I probably should just have taken a class on that though :P

I used colored pencils for the Dr. King drawing. It was the first time I really tried to use colored pencils in a serious drawing, so I'm glad it worked out ok.

I never had any serious art classes...only regular highschool art classes. I've been drawing since I was very young though.

For facial shading, I usually use a q-tip. That gives the best results for smooth shading. I wasn't able to do that on my MLK drawing, so I just did my best with what I had to work with.

Thanks for the compliments.

I find all that shizzle just confusing, I've never used anything other than a regular HB pencil (against all my highschool art teachers wishes [lol]) and pencil crayons. Still though, some of those pics you posted were actually amazing [lol].

While I'm here, I'll post these photo's aswell .... These are a few photo's me and a mate took on his camera phone a few weeks ago. They're of my teams football (soccer) stadium and one is just of Wolverhampton, where I live, they were trying to be like arty photo's but I htink they've ended up being pretty regular photo's [lol]. Belive it or not these were taken before a night match, such is the night time during summer [lol]
