Also, make sure that these little details don't continue to happen, it would make it all the better:
Image
-Top left: Have a piece of code that says if two flanges are too close, average their distance and put a single one inbetween them.
-Bottom left: Have something that moves/deletes a flange if it is x distance from the connecting vertical support.
-Bottom: The red circle has a vertical support that is too short, whereas the green circle's is perfect.

Just a few things for you to put on the todo list [:)]

Actually I think its perfect when you have the angle brace meet the upright brace at the exact same location and form a perfect weld. Something a computer could do alot faster than myself. I dont like it when the upright beam is poking up like that and the other one butts into it. Just spend the extra couple minutes and make the welds match.

Yeah but there are many rides in real life that do it either way, Real, so depending on what style you're doing, it still works well the way it would be if the issue mentioned in the last post about it were fixed.

With that said though, I think the best solution would be to have an option for either solution.

One other thing...I can see a lot of people modifying supports after placing them, for obvious reasons. Flanges are a pain to modify, so without having tried the program yet I think there should be an option to not include flanges, so one could use the autoflanger afterwards without deleting all those added by ASG.

As do I, I did it for all supports on Tethys.

I randomly used this, just to see how it would turn out, and I found another problem. For the vertical supports with diagonal brace, this is how it turns out if the support is too large:

Don't make the cross brace a set height (if you get this message, lol).

Calm your mac self down, halo. He's making a great program, and when he's done with it, then he will work on making it available for the special people that need special ports to get normal programs on their computers.

^ The link worked, i just dont know how to download it. It tells me to try and find the file or a file to open the ASG program.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.
