I am having trouble figuring out the Automatic Heartline Generater. I have read the tutorial over and over and i still dont get it. Will someone plz help me.

Every time i try to heartline a roller coaster a window comes up and says "something went wrong. Check the speed settings." how do i fix that.

It's not an AHG Generator, it's the auto heartline generator.

So like the tutorial says i have to save everything as an element EXCEPT the station. what about the lift and brakes because if i dont highlight those it doesnt let me save it as an element. Or do i save it a couple segments at a time. Idk.

The AHG won't distinguish between normal track, brakes or stations. It is best to heartline everything after the lift to the final brakes (or to the MCBR, if there is one) as one element.

^ Exactly.

The AHG is more like an "Automatic Headache Generator" when you first start using it, so don't be discouraged.

It modifies the track to so that the center of gravity is (roughly) on the rider's hearts. Making the lateral G's less likely.

While building a coaster before using AHG, think of the track itself as to where the heart line is going to be after using the app. This is actually what AHG does when the track is colored entirely black and the filter is set to a low value. The white color adjusts the banking perfectly depending on the Vin and Vout values used. Bezier calculations at its best.
