Awards Archive: 5/3/03

Week 9. In the wake of 2 contests ending, and some truly amazing coasters, this was the week of the wood coaster. The NL wood update, v1.3, was newly released and everyone was scrambling to cash in on the excitement. Kev launched his much revered yet non-medal winning "Rickety Racket", and punkrock69 squared off with his wooden dueler, "Dueling Ancients Race Again". However, the real batallion of woodies was to come the following week. Also, the first round of the first WWS.com match-up contest was underway. None of these coasters are contest winners, but they are very good tracks so I have included the 4 highest rated. The Medals follow:
