The steep lift angle is more of a way of saving space, rather than being so strict to B&M standards. If it makes everyone happy, I'll change that rule to no more than 43 degrees for the lift.

Stationtrack only or does the building also has to go inside?

I would say try to get the building inside as much as possible. If the building is a little outside, not a big deal.

I've tried this in the past. Not easy but good luck with that.

Is this an acceptable tunnel fail? The two sections in question are on the same block and the tunnel never actually touches the track.

If they're on the same block, why would that be a problem? Things coming into the tunnel would only be a problem if it's in a place that riders can actually reach.
Wait, if they're on the same block, why test both sections?

I was making sure the track didn't actually touch the track. The reason I ask is because some people are real sticklers about anything at all coming into the tunnel and have the mentality of "would it really be so hard to fix it".

Can station building exceed the triangle boundary?

Tunnel testing stand-ups is finicky anyway. The roof is way too low for the coaster type since it's just a default one, and it seems like it should be a little wider. If it passes it's whatever to me, but just thought I'd point it out.

I feel like all I've been doing is "pointing out". I should build.

^^We were talking about the station building that NL auto-generates. Right now I have it to where the station track is inside but not the building. If the rule is true to that as well though, I may have to make an interesting prelift lol. Which I'm not against... just wondering.

As far as the station is concerned - The entire station track must be inside the triangle. The station building is allowed to exceed that on any of the boarders. However, if it exceeds the outside edge going off the template completely, more than 50% of the building must be inside the template. So, basically you can put the track right along the boundary on the outside edge.

If the lift is right on an edge of the boundary and if I decide to make custom catwalks for the lift, are the catwalks allowed to go outside the boundary as long as the lift itself is inside?

As far as catwalks go, imagine there's a 6 foot fence all the way around the outside boundaries. If the catwalk is on the outside of the fence, and someone could just step right onto it, that's probably no good. If the catwalk is above the fence, it's fine.

Can we not do an MCBR? For a ride this small I don't feel that one is needed.

It's for the sake of being challenging. B&M probably wouldn't do one on such a compact ride, but with 3 trains, it's better safe than sorry.

lol It's kinda hard because 4 inversions (only the big stand-ups have 4 and that's counting the inclined loop), 3 trains (which they almost never operate), and a mini-mini boundary. I had to compromise the end a bit.

I dunno if I'll finish - don't really like my ride.

I managed to cram 5 inversions into mine. The only major thing I don't like about my ride is that after stopping at the MCBR (e-stop), the train travels thru the corkscrews slowing down as much as 11 mph. I don't feel like changing the layout too majorly.

Fine. Earlier when I said I crammed in 5 inversions, I miscounted. Mine actually has six inversions. I work(ed) kinda fast but not enough to really rush.
Something I wondered: Are we not allowed to upload until at least the deadline?

I'm not even at the MCBR.

(Uh oh, better hurry Ajax.)
