Bad Quality Vid

i'm going to WWO this summer and was thinking of making a nice vid, but i only hav got a photocamera, but you're able the record 120secs with it, but no sound, the quality aint worse but it also aint the best around here...

would you care is the qualitiy is less than you're used to, even if i catch a onride of every coaster in the park (excluding wokswaanzin)?

Well it could come in quite handy for new features to add to the site. Just some general footage of some of the big rides would be nice. Doesnt have to be spectaular

well hyyyper, then you might be a little late, cause i was in WWO yesterday and i recorded some nice footage from average resolution. [:)] But first i'm going to finish making a video with my Europa park footage [:)]

But isn't here allready a SFH/WWO video from djjavix online? So i'd might think then to donate the movie to the other site [:D]

But djavix won't have got all of the onrides, mine will have it, also, we do have more than one vid per park, like SFamerica

I'm also in a similar situation. I have a Nikon 3200 camera, so as you can assume the video quality isn't too spectacular. It does record sound though. In my opinion, low quality footage is better than nothing, so it would be quite stupid if your videos weren't accepted.

Yeah, my video of the onrides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach were taken with a photocamera. An onride of Goliath would be awesome

i'm currently thinking about how to bypass the op's, the only problem i think is the section on ViaVolta (vekma boomer.) where, when in front, the ops can see u holding a camera, but i guess i'll hav to be quick then

EDIT: i know it's not the best park, but would u guys be interested in a Efteling vid, quality is still camera but i'll be doing the onrides of the Bobbaan, Python, Pegasus and Vogel Rock. Cause my fam. and me are going there 25 or 26 june, plz let me know if u would accept such a vid...

I don't think anyone cares about an onride video of a Vekoma Boomerang.

As for the Efteling video, I'd love to see one.

well, i'm a little known now with the staff and they told me that once someone in the front seat managed to hide a huge video camera. But one hint hyper. If your planning to shoot an onride. Do it while 2 train operation. So the staff is busy in the Q so they won't really look around in the area. Also don't go in the front, on the final brakes could they spot you while you are entering the brakes.

and another thing, you can make video without any sound, just make a music video from it [:)] So with some rock or something else. But it's always more fun if you hear a bit on the background of the music the blowing wind, and the screaming from other people in the ride.

lol, thorpe park vid here has horrible sound, so don't feel ashamed, the edge didn't have none

I have a backseat POV of Silver Comet. It isn't edited, but I see no need to do any fancy editing for a POV so I won't waste any of my time doing any. If your interested, where should I send the vid to?

it's a small camera, it fits into my hand, and i've got pants with pockets on the lowerlegs, wich fit the camera, so if i end the rec, then put it in my pocket fast enough, it'll be ok. And i'll be sitting in the far side of the opp panel, cause vekoma placed it near the back seats, and WWO's opps usually talk to eachother while the coaster is running.
As for the other coasters, 'they've got some stacking and dual trains

hyper, then you don't know the walibi world staff yet [;)] They pay WAY more attention to the guests. So also that are riding... And it does really matter when they they run with 2 trains, then you should go on a more crowdy day... Then are there 2 trains so with some luck also stacking...
