We're in the process of upgrading my brother's computer....with the new upgraqde in place, it'll be able to run NoLimits, and he might wish to become a member here... I was wondering what the Admin/Mod take on that is b/c our posts, coasters, ratings, etc....will have the same IP addresses, as the only internet-capable computer in our house is this one, which is for "family use." So....what's the deal with that?

He is allowed to register, but is not allowed to rate your tracks and vice versa, due to the fact he will have a biast opinion. But other than that its fine

I think he should be allowed to rate as long as he doesn't rate using a biased opinion.

that is hard to determine if the rating from his brother is biased or not.
