Recently, I have been getting those kinds of errors on just random parts of the site at a random part of the day.
I would say just try again later.

The error message show says there were special characters not allowed in the upload query string. It's a security measure. Would you mind removing any special or foreign characters and try again.

Try posting here the exact name you were using on upload to validate the error message.

Thanks,
Oscar

I was literally using "firely" to keep it simple. I think the screenshot that caused it because it had dashes. I cropped it saying coaster-crazy so I knew which one to use.

Weird that a dash could cause that. Can you try without the dash?

Tried without any dashes and same thing....

I'm using Firefly for the name and firefly.nlpack and firefly.jpg. No dashes, not special characters....

I tried with dashes and it worked fine. Can you put the contents of the track file and screenshot in a zip and email it to me:

Knowing my tracks, they're far too large. I will upload it some where and PM it to you.

EDIT: Does coaster crazy have a set size limit?

hmmm file size shouldn't be a problem unless it is 1 gig or bigger.

The error you are getting is from our security system. Essentially it is blocking what ever you are doing because it thinks you are trying to exploit the site.

Usually it only acts up you try and post weird unescaped character sequences.

That doesn't apply to the file path does it? Only their names?

yep, hard to resist! I tried uploading it and it failed with same message. Nothing wrong with the file name, so it looks at least to me. Maybe the AV is detecting something. Going to analyze it locally and report my findings.

alright, thanks oscar. When you find the issue, whether it's a file in the package or whatever it is. Let me know so I can fix the package file.

It applies to the combination of username + trackname on the servers file system.

hmmm. I don's know why it would reject it. Maybe I should try track packager again? Maybe change a few file names in the package?

I still can't figure out the problem. I doubt renaming objects in the nlpack would be a reason for it not working but if it's not too much trouble, would you mind giving it a try?

Thanks!
